I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs, and guide you through every exercise, every workout. Consistency over time is key, and knowing what really works and what doesn't for each person is what I do best. My holistic approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time, and more importantly, give you tools to use for the rest of your life. Accountability is essential, and together we can make sure your efforts in the gym and in the kitchen are not wasted.

What I can do for you:  I will help you demystify the process of “WHAT SHOULD I EAT” and “HOW SHOULD I TRAIN”!  These 2 processes are fundamentally basic, yet extremely unique for each person, so our first interaction will be an evaluation of your lifestyle and how to find a regimen that is not only appropriate but ENJOYABLE for you.  This is about changing bad habits into great ones and learning how to enjoy food and training so that you look forward to both.


Step one will be figuring out your total calories needed per day, and ways to make your diet ENERGIZE you, not drain you.  So many people complain about being tired while eating what they want - why not eat food that gives you energy AND strength AND lose body fat in the process?  You’ll likely be eating a lot more food than you think in order to do this, and I look forward to speaking with you about it during our first conversations.


Accountability is key - and I will help you to become better at evaluating your behaviors and making sure that eating well is not a chore.  This is definitely a change in lifestyle for most people, so there will be adjustment necessary, but the actual behavior required is not beyond anyone’s ability - YOU CAN DO IT!

I've been experimenting with training and diet for over 25 years and have worked with hundreds of people, changing their lives instantly with training and diet assessments. I offer a wide range of fitness services and training styles that are all based on the individual. More than just getting you into shape, I also help with improving endurance, building strength, rehabilitating from injury, and sports-specific training. You can choose from a wide array of existing training options, or you can design your own.
