Orville Red Smart Pop popcorn is a great low calorie snack, high in fiber and filling, but I found some intestinal issues and sometimes a weird aftertaste with certain bags; so I decided to make my own. Even lower calorie, personalized seasoning, and cheap! Use a no calorie butter flavor spray and the Redmond’s salt listed below for Healthy Deliciousness

This is the hot salt of the moment. I salt all my meals- figure if there’s any potential health benefits to it, why not use the top one;-)

There’s plenty of science out there about the health benefits of turmeric- I take a pill everyday with breakfast.

I haven’t found a flavor of PEScience protein that I dislike. Excellent consistency and taste. For best cost, get the 55 serving container or check out the 5 serving.

Mix this, a serving of Ground Flaxseeds and some fruit with water and ice to make the perfect AriArmy AM shake

My favorite alternative to peanut butter:

Excellent sugar free low calorie BBQ sauce

G Hughes Sugar Free Mesquite BBQ Sauce 18 oz (3 Pack)

I like mesquite and hickory and original flavors. They are more bbq with a little spicy as opposed to sweet but still sweet.

I have great luck with these seasonings for all your meats. I also add a bit of Redmond salt to this- don’t fear the salt- just salt to taste and be consistent with it.

Delicious protein pancakes! Add no sugar maple syrup, some no fat cottage cheese, sprinkle some Ceylon cinnamon, some ground flaxseeds, and top with sliced berries.

A little pricy but excellent pancake syrup from Walden Farms:

My favorite quick cooking steel cut Oats - I prepare these using a 4 cup measuring cup in the microwave (the extra size helps with stopping the overflow while it cooks) - I add Ceylon cinnamon, a small amount of PB2 (5-8 grams) which also helps stop the overflow, and use 3/4 cup of water. Cook for 5 minutes then add a small amount of pancake syrup for flavor, and some berries for even more fiber and flavor, stir and enjoy.

Bob's Red Mill Organic Quick Cook Steel Cut Oats (22 Ounce, Pack of 4)

I add a scoop of this powdered peanut butter to my oats and it adds a bit of flavor plus it helps so that the oats don’t boil out of the measuring cup (BONUS!)

High quality affordable EAA to drink anytime.

I don’t recommend buying these frozen yogurt bars from Amazon- better to get from your local grocery store. Look for frozen yogurt bars with 100 or less calories per bar. Halo Top bars are good too.
